In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order:

• You may return, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  If the return is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc, Waderbootscrews will pay the return shipping costs.

• You should expect to receive your refund within two days of your package being returned to Waderbootscrews.  We will refund the PayPal account  that was used for the purchase.

• Please quote the order number that we emailed you and is also on the printed invoice included with the order.

 

All our shipping is via Royal Mail within the UK and all international destinations.
