This bites the stud into the sole in combination with the superior screw thread, further improving contact.

We have been testing different soles used in salt and freshwater environments and it secures firmly, keeping the screws locked in over a long periods of usage. It can bond within an hour when dampened or leave to cure straight from the tube in 12 hours. What's more you can keep opened tubes in a freezer and they are good to go, no drying out and discarding. A 5g tube is ample quantity for 30 screws.
